The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that blends strength, cardio, and core into one efficient session. It’s performed on the Megaformer – a patented machine that uses spring-loaded resistance to engage multiple muscle groups at once. With slow, controlled movements, the Lagree Method pushes your body to the shake point – building deep strength without straining your joints.
Lagree Fitness, frequently referred to as Lagree or The Lagree Method, was invented by legendary fitness professional Sebastien Lagree and founded on the MAGIC 10 of physical fitness: effective form, effective range of motion, effective tempo, effective duration, effective resistance, effective incline, effective cuing, effective transition, effective sequencing, and effective planes of motion.

Lagree is done on the patented Megaformer delivering a most unique workout. This core focused method will have you sweating and shaking all within 45 minutes!
Since its birth, Lagree Fitness has distinguished itself from every form of exercise, including Pilates, which lacks intensity. The Lagree Method utilizes tried and proven bodybuilding training techniques not inherent to Pilates. The union of these bodybuilding techniques and low-impact qualities, which are fundamental to Lagree Fitness, directly translate to rapid results. While Pilates is based on breathing, concentration, control, centering, flow postural alignment, and precision, Lagree Fitness is fundamentally based on the following: Effective Form, Effective Range of Motion, Effective Tempo, Effective Duration, Effective Sequence, Effective Transition, Effective Tension, and Effective Plane of Motion. Lagree is not Pilates, and the Megaformer is not a reformer. Although the Megaformer was originally inspired by the reformer, the likeness stops there.

Every move can be modified, and our instructors are here to support you, push you, and help you feel strong from day one. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your body adapts and your confidence grows. Just show up—your only job is to try.

We’ve got you covered! There’s plenty of parking available in our main lot, plus additional spaces in the backlot right behind the studio (entrance on Lindley Ave). Driving a Tesla? You’re in luck we have a whole fleet of Tesla chargers waiting for you. Plug in, power up, and get ready to shake.
Life happens—we get it! We offer a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled class, it’s considered a late cancel and a $15 fee will apply. Running a little behind? No problem—just come in quietly and respectfully. We’re always happy to have you, even if you’re a few minutes late. Just know that for safety reasons, we may not be able to let you join if you’re more than 10 minutes late. Your spot is reserved, your machine is waiting—so plan ahead when you can, and we’ll always do our best to work with you when you can’t.
If you’ve been doing Lagree regularly and feel comfortable with the workout, then yes—with your doctor’s approval, you’re welcome to continue classes during pregnancy. Just let your instructor know so we can offer modifications to keep you and your baby safe.
New to Lagree and pregnant? We love that you want to stay active, but for your safety, we don’t recommend starting Lagree for the first time during pregnancy. We’d be happy to welcome you after baby arrives and you’re cleared to return to fitness!
We know life is busy—that’s why every Lagree class is just 45 minutes. Each session is designed to maximize your time and deliver a full-body, high-intensity, low-impact workout that leaves you feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished. In and out in under an hour—with results that last way longer.
We totally understand that things change! To cancel your membership, just email us at hello@lagreemi.com at least 14 days before your next renewal date. This gives us time to process the request and avoid any unwanted charges. We’re always here to help, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Your fitness journey should fit your life—not the other way around.
All packages, class credits, memberships, and merchandise are final sale and non-transferable. This includes all products purchased in the studio. We recommend carefully considering your purchase before committing. If you have any questions or need clarification about our offerings, we’re always happy to help you choose the best option for your fitness goals.
We offer cubbies to store your personal items during class. We also have changing rooms for you to use before or after your workout, as well as a bathroom for your convenience.
We love pets and kids, but for everyone’s safety, we ask that they stay at home during your class. It helps keep the focus on your workout and ensures a safe environment for all. A few other things to keep in mind:
Cell phones should be kept off the Megaformer and out of the workout
space—please refrain from using them during class to stay fully engaged. After class, please clean your machine using the provided wipes. We want to keep the space fresh and ready for the next class!

Yes, to ensure safety and proper instruction, participants must be at least 16 years old to take a class. If you’re under 18, we’ll need a signed parent/guardian waiver before you can join.
We’re excited to have everyone, but we want to make sure each participant gets the best experience possible!
Yes—you can still take class if you have injuries, but please be sure to inform your instructor before class starts. Our trainers are trained to offer modifications to help accommodate your needs and keep your workout safe and effective. Your safety is our priority, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
