Lagree Mi, LLC (“Lagree Mi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website and related services that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”). This Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

We strive to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and to provide California‑style rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (together, “CCPA/CPRA”), even if we are not legally required to do so. We also comply with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable.
We do not store full payment card numbers; those are handled by our payment processors.
If you share a phone number or email, you agree we may send transactional and marketing messages. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP and get help via HELP. Email marketing includes an unsubscribe link; if you can’t locate an opt‑out control, contact hello@lagreemi.com and we’ll assist.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some tracking for cross‑context behavioral advertising may be considered a “share” under CPRA. See Section 7 and “Your Privacy Choices.”
Subject to verification and exceptions, you may request to: (i) know/access the information we’ve collected; (ii) correct inaccuracies; (iii) delete information; (iv) opt out of “selling/sharing” for targeted ads; and (v) limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (SPI). We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the Site and understand usage.
Your controls: You can manage cookies in your browser. To opt out of analytics/ads where available, use built‑in controls (e.g., Google’s opt‑out). You can also email hello@lagreemi.com and we will honor your opt‑out.
Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to browser DNT signals.
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes described (and as required by law) and then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no system is 100% secure.
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minimum class age is 16 (participants under 18 require a parent/guardian waiver).
Our systems are in the United States. By using the Site, you understand your data will be processed in the U.S.

These Terms of Use, Sale & Membership (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lagree Mi website, studio, classes, memberships, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to attend classes; participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian execute the Waiver (Section 12). You agree to provide accurate account, contact, and payment information and to keep it updated.
You authorize us to contact you about your account, bookings, payments, schedule changes, and similar transactional matters by email, text, or phone. Marketing messages are optional; unsubscribe or reply STOP to opt out at any time.
We may accept payments online and/or in‑studio via third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You authorize charges to the payment method on file, including fees described below. Prices, taxes, and promotions may change at our discretion (changes do not affect completed purchases). We do not store full card numbers.
All sales are final for memberships, class credit packs, services, and merchandise. No refunds or transfers.
California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL): Under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600–17606, we provide clear auto‑renewal terms, obtain your affirmative consent before charging, send acknowledgment of terms and cancellation process, and offer a cost‑effective, timely, and easy‑to‑use cancellation method.
You can cancel (a) by using our online cancellation process by emailing hello@lagreemi.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period (or the end of the 3‑month minimum term—whichever is later). We may ask you to verify your identity for account security.
Class credit packs do not auto‑renew. The late‑cancel and no‑show rules in Section 8 apply to class credits just like memberships.
We may reassign a reserved machine if you are not present at class start time.
Owners may allow merchandise to be booked/reserved online for studio pickup and may also accept online payment. All merchandise sales are final sale. Title passes upon pickup or shipment (if offered). Inspect items at pickup; report issues to hello@lagreemi.com the same day.
Classes are physically demanding. You confirm you are in suitable health, will follow instructions, and will stop if you feel pain or dizziness. Consult your physician before starting a new exercise program, especially if pregnant or managing a condition. If pregnant, continuing Lagree may be appropriate with your doctor’s approval and instructor modifications; we do not recommend starting Lagree for the first time during pregnancy.
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site/studio are owned by Lagree Mi or its licensors. You may not copy, record, livestream, resell, or exploit classes or materials. Do not misuse the Services (e.g., spam, reverse engineering, posting unsafe content).
Please read carefully—this affects your legal rights. In consideration of access to the studio, classes, equipment, and Services, you (and if you are under 18, your parent/guardian) agree:
You agree the Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by California law and that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder shall still be enforced.
Classes and content are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit total liability for claims relating to the Services to the amounts you paid to Lagree Mi during the 12 months preceding the claim.
California law governs, without regard to conflicts rules. Subject to Section 14, exclusive venue is in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time; changes are effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes to auto‑renewal will be provided in a notice and apply going forward.

Lagree Mi is committed to digital accessibility and to complying with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
Accessibility is a process. As we add features, we review and test for WCAG 2.2 AA alignment. Some third‑party integrations (e.g., scheduling, payment, embedded media) may present issues outside our control, but we encourage vendors to support accessibility and will provide alternative access where feasible.
