I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participation in any fitness class or activity at Lagree Mi, including but not limited to Lagree Method training, strength conditioning, cardiovascular training, and flexibility work, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle soreness, strain, sprains, fractures, heart attack, or other serious injury or illness. I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and use the facilities at Lagree Mi, and I hereby assume all risk of injury or harm. I certify that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in physical exercise. I understand that I am responsible for consulting with a physician before beginning any new fitness program. In no event will Lagree Mi be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Lagree Mi website, mobile application, third-party platforms, your purchase or cancellation of Lagree Mi classes or packages, your registration for classes, your purchase of merchandise, your communication with Lagree Mi, or your use of and attendance at any Lagree Mi location. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or other commercial damages or losses, even if Lagree Mi has been advised of the possibility of such damages. All goods, services, products, and experiences provided by Lagree Mi are offered on an “as is” basis. You assume all risks related to the quality and performance of any goods, services, or experiences. Lagree Mi expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
RELEASE AND WAIVER
In consideration for being permitted to participate in classes, activities, and use the facilities at Lagree Mi, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, or assigns, do hereby release, waive, and discharge Lagree Mi, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or damages arising out of or related to my participation in activities at the studio or use of its equipment and facilities. This release includes claims based on negligence, but does not include claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
II grant permission to Lagree Mi to use photographs and/or video taken during classes or events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and print materials.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Lagree Mi website, app, booking platform, purchasing classes or merchandise, or attending classes at any Lagree Mi location, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and Lagree Mi Studio Policies. Lagree Mi may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Updates may be posted on the website or communicated via email or app notifications. Your continued use of services after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Lagree Mi reserves the right to modify prices, services, and terms at any time without notice.
